Sri.M.Jagadeeshwer, IAS, Managing Director, M.Satyanarayna, Executive Director, along with Directors and other Senior Officials of HMWSSB will be available at Conference Hall, Board Office, Khairatabad on Tuesday the 24th March, 2015 from 5.00 P.M to 6.00 P.M under “MEET UR MD, HMWSSB” programme to address and redress those Complaints which were long pending and unresolved either at Division or Circle Office level and or Head Office Level.
The Customers having such pending cases should come along with previous references to benefit from this “MEET UR MD HMWSSB” Programme.
On the same day evening “DIAL UR MD, HMWSSB” Programme will be held from 6.00 P.M to 6.30 P.M. The Customers can interact with Managing Director, HMWSSB about their grievances by quoting their “CAN” Numbers, over Phone Numbers: 66752212 / 66752213 / 66752214.
Normally, these programmes are held every 3rd Saturday but because this third Saturday being a General Holiday, the progammes are being conducted on Tuesday the 24th March, 2015 for convenience of Public.
